Job summary

Testing Site - JPMC in Miami is seeking a Treasury Management Officer in Commercial Banking to generate new treasury management business and strengthen client relationships using deep product knowledge to tailor cash management solutions.

You will collaborate with bankers, client service, product leadership and implementation teams to develop market strategies, manage risk, and deliver client-centric solutions while aiming to exceed sales goals.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of cash management, sales and relationship management experience.
• Strong selling and negotiation skills with new business focus.
• Knowledge of Treasury Service products, credit and risk process.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build client relationships with clients, COIs, and external consultants.
• Strong time management and planning skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Grow revenue by sourcing new treasury management business while retaining and expanding existing customer relationships.
• Create strategic dialogues around client issues, incorporating benchmarking and solution positioning.
• Collaborate with bankers and clients to provide integrated treasury solutions in a consultative framework.
• Lead business process reviews aligned to key client sales opportunities and engage industry solutions specialists.
• Raise new solution ideas and partner with product stakeholders to evolve complex products.
• Deliver thought leadership on working capital solutions at market events and webinars.
• Manage non-credit risk for customer portfolios and monitor profitability of relationships.
