Testing Site - JPMC is seeking a Treasury Management Officer in Commercial Banking to generate new treasury management business and deepen client relationships. Leverage deep product knowledge to develop market strategy and partner with Bankers, Service, Product Leadership, and Implementation teams.

You will lead revenue growth, engage senior clients, and drive integrated treasury solutions while managing risk and profitability across portfolios.

Competenze

• 6+ years of cash management, sales and relationship management experience.
• Knowledge of Treasury Service products, credit and risk process, overdraft management, and pricing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to develop strong working relationships with clients and COIs.
• Strong time management, organizational and planning skills.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals as a top contributor.
• Bachelor’s degree and/or CTP designation; problem-solving abilities.

• Grow revenue by prospecting and sourcing new treasury management business while retaining and expanding client relationships.
• Create strategic dialogues around client issues, benchmarking and solution positioning.
• Collaborate with bankers and clients at senior levels to provide integrated treasury solutions.
• Lead business process reviews aligned to sales opportunities and engage product specialists for complex reviews.
• Raise new solution ideas and represent client perspectives in product development.
• Deliver thought leadership on working capital solutions at market events, roundtables and webinars.
• Manage non-credit risk for portfolio and monitor profitability of relationships.
