Job summary

Testing Site - JPMC is seeking a Treasury Management Officer in Commercial Banking to generate new treasury management business and nurture client relationships in a Los Angeles market. You will leverage deep product knowledge to craft local market strategies and collaborate with bankers, product leadership and implementation teams to deliver integrated solutions.

Responsibilities include expanding revenue, driving strategic client dialogues, and leading process reviews.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of cash management, sales and relationship management experience.
• Strong selling and negotiation skills to develop new business.
• Knowledge of Treasury Service products, credit and risk processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships with clients and COIs.
• Strong time management and planning abilities.
• History of meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Grow revenue by prospecting and sourcing new treasury management business while expanding existing relationships.
• Create strategic dialogues around client issues with best practices, benchmarking, opportunity quantification and solution positioning.
• Collaborate with bankers and clients to proactively provide integrated treasury solutions.
• Lead business process reviews aligned to client sales opportunities and engage industry solutions specialists.
• Raise new solution ideas with product teams to represent client perspective in development of complex products.
• Deliver thought leadership at market events, prospects and clients on working capital solutions.
• Manage non-credit risk for customer portfolio and monitor profitability of relationships.
