Job summary

Testing Site - JPMC in New York seeks a Treasury Management Officer in Commercial Banking to generate new treasury management business and maintain client relationships. You will leverage deep treasury product knowledge to develop localized market strategies and collaborate with bankers, product leadership and implementation teams.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years in cash management and relationships, with strong selling and negotiation skills; Bachelor's degree and CTP designation preferred.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of cash management, sales and relationship management experience.
• Strong selling and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of Treasury Service products, credit and risk processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to develop relationships with clients, COIs, and external consultants.
• Strong time management, organizational and planning skills.
• Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Grow revenue by prospecting and sourcing new treasury management business while retaining and expanding existing customer relationships.
• Create strategic dialogues around client issues, incorporating benchmarking, opportunity quantification and solution positioning.
• Collaborate with bankers and clients at senior levels to provide integrated treasury solutions in a consultative framework.
• Lead business process reviews aligned to key client sales opportunities and engage industry solutions specialists for complex reviews.
• Raise new solution ideas while partnering with product stakeholders to reflect client perspective in product evolution.
• Deliver thought leadership to market, prospects and clients on working capital solutions at events and webinars.
• Manage non-credit risk and monitor profitability across assigned client relationships.
