Job summary

Testing Site - JPMC, located in Atlanta, seeks a Treasury Management Officer to drive new treasury management business and nurture client relationships in Commercial Banking. You will leverage deep product knowledge to develop market strategies and collaborate with Bankers, Client Service, and Implementation teams to deliver integrated solutions.

The role requires complex prospecting, strategic client dialogues, and strong cross-functional partnering to optimize profitability and risk management

Qualifications

• 6+ years of cash management, sales and relationship management experience.
• Strong selling and negotiation skills to develop new business.
• Knowledge of Treasury Service products, credit and risk processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients, COIs, and internal teams.
• Strong time management and planning skills.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Grow revenue by prospecting and sourcing new treasury management business while expanding client relationships.
• Create strategic dialogues around client issues, benchmarking, opportunity quantification and solution positioning.
• Collaborate with bankers and clients to provide integrated treasury solutions in a consultative framework.
• Lead business process reviews aligned to client sales opportunities with industry solutions specialists.
• Raise new solution ideas with product teams to reflect client perspective in development of products.
• Deliver thought leadership at market events, roundtables, webinars and conferences.
• Manage non-credit risk for the client portfolio and monitor profitability.
