Job summary

Testing Site - JPMC in San Francisco seeks a Treasury Management Officer in Commercial Banking to generate new treasury management business and deepen client relationships, leveraging deep product knowledge to craft localized market strategies.

You will collaborate with Bankers, Client Service, Product Leadership and Implementation teams to deliver integrated solutions, manage risk, and grow revenue through proactive client dialogues and strategic reviews.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of cash management, sales and relationship management experience.
• Proven ability to develop new business and meet sales goals.
• Knowledge of Treasury Service products, credit and risk processes, and pricing philosophy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build strong client relationships with COIs and external partners.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Track record as a top individual contributor.

Responsibilities

• Grow revenue by prospecting and sourcing new treasury management business while retaining and expanding existing relationships.
• Create strategic dialogues around client-centric issues and quantify opportunities.
• Collaborate with bankers and clients at senior levels to provide integrated treasury solutions.
• Lead business process reviews aligned to client sales opportunities and engage solution specialists.
• Raise new solution ideas and represent client perspectives in product development.
• Deliver thought leadership on working capital solutions at events and webinars.
• Manage non-credit risk for the customer portfolio and monitor profitability.
