Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a Treasury Sales Officer to drive revenue growth across a portfolio of Large Corporate accounts. You will partner with Corporate Bankers and treasury partners to tailor liquidity, payments, and cash management solutions that align with client objectives.

The role emphasizes growth of new and underpenetrated relationships, strong client focus, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver innovative treasury solutions and favorable pricing strategies.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a relevant role.
• Ability to travel upto 50 % of the time.
• Excellent verbal/ written communication and presentation skills.
• Proven negotiation and active listening skills.
• Proven business development and relationship management skills with a corporate client set.
• Excellent critical/strategic thinking and problem resolution skills.
• Broad and deep treasury / cash management industry experience, including global product knowledge and industry trends.
• Ability to demonstrate creative thinking while adhering to guidelines.
• Strong business/financial acumen.
• Proven ability to foster strong partnerships within the core team and the ability to build trust and deep, market differentiating relationships with clients.
• Strong time management and prioritization skills.
• Ability to effectively manage risk while balancing the needs of the client, the team, and the bank.
• Able to work as an individual contributor and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage and aggressively grow treasury revenue across a portfolio of Large Corporate GIG clients.
• Partner with Corporate Bankers, Trade, Liquidity, Investment, FX teams to develop customized treasury solutions.
• Focus on growth of new and underpenetrated client relationships and expansion of existing relationships.
• Accountable for revenue growth, profitability, client planning, client calling, portfolio development, pricing strategy, and proposal delivery.
• Maintain strong client focus, treasury industry expertise, and broad understanding of cash management products and services.
• Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills to influence and mobilize internal partners.
• Maintain motivation to achieve goals and willingness to challenge themselves.
