Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a Treasury Sales Officer to manage and grow treasury revenue across a portfolio of large corporate clients. You will collaborate with Corporate Bankers, Trade, Liquidity, FX and other partners to develop customized treasury solutions.

The role demands strong communication, negotiation, and client-management skills, plus deep cash management knowledge. Expect up to 50% travel, competitive pay, and a focus on innovative treasury strategies.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a relevant role.
• Ability to travel upto 50% of the time.
• Excellent verbal/ written communication and presentation skills.
• Proven negotiation and active listening skills.
• Proven business development and relationship management with a corporate client set.
• Excellent critical/strategic thinking and problem resolution skills.
• Broad and deep treasury / cash management knowledge and industry trends.

• Proven ability to foster strong partnerships within the core team and the ability to build trust and deep client relationships.
• Strong time management and prioritization skills.

• Strong executive presence both internally/externally.

Responsibilities

• Grow treasury revenue across a portfolio of Large Corporate clients.
• Partner with Corporate Bankers, Trade, Liquidity, Investment, FX and others to develop customized treasury solutions.
• Accountable for revenue growth, profitability, client planning, client calling, portfolio development, pricing strategy, and proposal delivery.
• Maintain client focus and treasury industry expertise across evolving tech, ESG, and market dynamics.
• Demonstrate strong communication, influence, and collaboration with internal partners in a fast-paced environment.
