Job summary

FFB Bank is seeking a Relationship Manager I-III to develop, manage, and expand deposit, loan, and merchant relationships within designated markets. You will source new business, assess client needs, and structure financial solutions to meet sales goals.

Depending on experience, you’ll mentor junior colleagues, manage complex portfolios, and contribute to market development while earning performance-based incentives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
• 3–5 years of banking or financial services experience.
• Proven ability to cross-sell and build long-term client relationships.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Generates new leads through outbound calls, emails, networking, and meetings.
• Builds and maintains strong relationships with clients to drive long-term business.
• Uses CRM systems to track interactions and manage pipeline activity.
• Develops and manages portfolio of client relationships by identifying financial needs.
