Job summary

JPMorgan Chase in the United States seeks a Treasury Management Officer to grow treasury management business and strengthen client relationships. You will apply deep product knowledge to craft a localized market strategy while collaborating with Bankers, Client Service, Product Leadership and Implementation teams.

The role focuses on revenue growth, strategic client dialogues, and delivering integrated working capital solutions while managing non-credit risk across a client portfolio.

Qualifications

• 10+ years cash management, sales and relationship management experience.
• Strong prospecting and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of Treasury Service products, credit and risk process.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to develop strong working relationships with clients, COIs, and external consultants.
• Strong time management, organizational and planning skills.
• Demonstrated experience meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Grow revenue by prospecting and sourcing new treasury management business while retaining and expanding existing client relationships.
• Create strategic dialogues around client-centric issues, benchmarking, opportunity quantification and solution positioning.
• Collaborate with bankers and clients at senior levels to provide integrated treasury solutions in a consultative framework.
• Lead business process reviews aligned to client sales opportunities and engage industry solutions specialists.
• Raise new solution ideas and partner with product stakeholders to represent the client perspective.
• Deliver thought leadership on working capital solutions at market events and webinars.
• Manage non-credit risk for the client portfolio and monitor profitability of relationships.
