Responsibilities

• Leverages TM analytics to optimize revenue and retention.
• Mentors junior Client Advisors and escalates issues as needed.
• Coordinates with Operations, Product, IT, and Sales for TM solutions.
• Manages risk related to high-risk wires and overdrafts.
• Supports implementations and client communications (SWAT, reviews).
