Job summary

Fifth Third Bank is seeking a Treasury Management (TM) Client Care Advisor II - Enterprise to oversee a portfolio of top revenue clients and act as a trusted TM advisor. You will leverage data analytics to optimize TM solutions, manage risk, and collaborate with Operations, Product, IT and Sales to maximize client value.

Responsibilities include implementing TM adds/changes, mentoring junior advisors, and driving client satisfaction within risk guidelines. Normal office environment with travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3 or more years banking experience preferred including Commercial Bank experience.
• 3 or more years demonstrated client service experience preferred (phone and face to face).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (business style).
• Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
• Ability to filter and analyze information/process to facilitate decision making and enhance client relationship.
• Ability to cope with complex, uncertain, (ambiguous) high pressure situations and adapts to new and different circumstances.
• Ability to problem solve and prioritize multiple tasks with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate and influence a positive outcome.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to leverage internal systems for problem resolution.
• Extensive experience with Microsoft office products, such as OneNote, Word, Excel,
• PowerPoint and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Serves as TM relationship ambassador for all treasury management services.
• Uses TM data analytics to improve client retention and revenue.
• Leads and mentors Client Advisors; handles escalations with minimal supervision.
• Collaborates with Sales to support RFPs and TM relationship reviews.
• Identifies implementations and engages resources for TM adds/changes.
• Manages risk related to high risk transactions and ensures policy adherence.
