Qualifications

• 3+ years client service experience preferred (phone/face-to-face).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (business style).
• Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities; detail-oriented.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Pro-actively manages a portfolio of top 10% revenue clients in the Commercial Division as TM relationship ambassador.
• Leverages TM data analytics daily to improve retention and revenue; suggests additional services.
• Leads and mentors newly on-boarded Client Advisors; handles escalations with minimal supervision.
• Collaborates with Sales for RFPs and TM relationship reviews; supports implementation and changes.
• Ensures risk controls and policy adherence; manages high-risk transactions and client communications.
• Coordinates with Operations, Product, IT and Sales to optimize TM solutions for clients.
