Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years banking experience preferred including Commercial Bank experience.
• 3+ years demonstrated client service experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (business style).
• Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization and build relationships.
• Ability to analyze information and facilitate decision making under pressure.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Pro-actively manages a portfolio of top 10% revenue generating clients in the Commercial Division.
• Acts as Treasury Management relationship ambassador for all TM services.
• Leverages TM data analytics to improve retention and revenue.
• Trains, mentors, and provides oversight for new Client Advisors.
• Assess viability for additional TM services and close opportunities or referrals.
• Manage critical client communications through TM reviews.
• Escalate issues and coordinate across Client Care, Relationship and Operations.
• Collaborate with Sales to support RFPs and TM reviews.
• Coordinate implementation resources for TM adds/changes/deletes.
• Participate in net new client implementations and project kickoffs.
• Ensure documentation accuracy and consistency for client records.
