Fifth Third Bank, N.A. is seeking a Treasury Management Client Care Advisor II for Enterprise to manage a high-revenue client portfolio and act as a trusted TM advisor. You will coordinate with Operations, Product, IT and Sales to optimize TM solutions and enhance client value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3 or more years banking experience preferred including Commercial Bank experience (including, but not limited to the following): commercial account structure, Treasury Management products and services.
• 3 or more years demonstrated client service experience preferred (phone and face to face).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (business style).
• Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization
• Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
• Ability to filter and analyze information/process to facilitate decision making and enhance client relationship.
• Ability to cope with complex, uncertain, (ambiguous) high pressure situations and adapts to new and different circumstances.
• Ability to problem solve and prioritize multiple tasks with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate and influence a positive outcome.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to leverage internal systems for problem resolution
• Extensive experience with Microsoft office products, such as OneNote, Word, Excel,
• PowerPoint and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Pro-actively manages a portfolio of the top 10% revenue generating clients in the Commercial Division, acting as TM relationship ambassador.
• Leverages TM data analytics daily to improve client retention and revenue.
• Demonstrates leadership abilities and guides the Client Advisor Team Lead; mentor for new advisers.
• Manages team escalations with minimal oversight.
• Trains and mentors newly onboarded Client Advisors.
• Identifies opportunities for additional TM services and facilitates closes or referrals.
• Communicates with clients through proactive touchpoints and TM reviews.
• Monitors OSAT feedback and ensures timely responses within SLAs.
• Drives risk management for high risk transactions per policy.
• Collaborates across lines of business to maintain proactive client relationships.
• Supports Sales in RFPs and TM relationship reviews as needed.
• Coordinates implementation resources and timelines for TM adds/changes/deletes.
• Participates in client implementations and kickoff meetings.
• Reviews documentation for accuracy and completeness for new or existing clients.
