Job summary

Fifth Third Bank is hiring a Treasury Management (TM) Client Care Advisor II to act as a portfolio manager for our top TM clients in the Michigan region. You will serve as the relationship ambassador for TM products, provide proactive service, troubleshoot issues, and drive client value using data analytics.

In this role, you will collaborate with Operations, Product, IT and Sales teams to tailor TM solutions, monitor risks, and ensure a best-in-class client experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years banking experience preferred including Commercial Bank experience.
• 3+ years demonstrated client service experience preferred (phone and face to face).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (business style).
• Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manages a portfolio of top revenue-generating TM clients.
• Analyzes data to improve client retention and expand TM services.
• Lead and coach junior Client Advisors; manage escalations with minimal oversight.
• Collaborate with Sales for RFPs and TM reviews; support implementations and onboarding.
