Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years banking experience preferred, including Commercial/treasury familiarity.
• 3+ years demonstrated client service experience preferred (phone and face to face).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (business style).
• Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Pro-actively manages a portfolio of top revenue generating clients in the Commercial Division.
• Serves as Treasury Management relationship ambassador for incident management, analytics, escalation, implementation, and resolution.
• Leverages TM data analytics daily to improve client retention and deepen relationships.
• Collaborates with Sales, Operations, Product and IT to optimize TM solutions and client satisfaction.
• Manages risk and ensures adherence to policies while delivering best-in-class service.
