Fifth Third Bank is seeking a Treasury Management (TM) Client Care Advisor II - Enterprise to act as a portfolio manager and trusted advisor for top revenue clients in the Commercial Division. You will lead incident management, client behavior analytics, and implement TM solutions with Operations, Product, IT and Sales partners.

The role emphasizes risk awareness, proactive client communications (SWAT), and collaboration across lines of business to optimize TM services and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years banking experience preferred, including Commercial Bank experience.
• 3+ years demonstrated client service experience (phone and face to face).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (business style).
• Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
• Ability to filter and analyze information to facilitate decision making.

Responsabilités

• Pro-actively manages a portfolio of top revenue clients as TM relationship ambassador.
• Leverages TM data analytics to improve client retention and deepen relationships.
• Drives risk-aware processes and collaborates with cross-functional teams to optimize TM solutions.
• Handle client escalations and ensure timely responses within SLAs.
