JPMorgan Chase & Co. in San Francisco is seeking a Treasury Management Officer to grow treasury solutions within Healthcare Services, leveraging deep product knowledge to develop a localized market and product strategy, while partnering with Bankers, Client Service, Product Leadership and Implementation teams.

You will grow revenue, cultivate senior-level client relationships, and deliver working capital solutions through a consultative, client-driven approach.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of cash management, sales and relationship management experience.
• Strong selling and negotiation skills with a track record of new business development.
• Knowledge of Treasury Service products, credit and risk processes, overdraft management, and pricing philosophy.

Responsabilités

• Grow revenue by prospecting and sourcing new treasury management business while retaining and expanding existing relationships.
• Create strategic dialogues around client-centric issues, benchmarking, opportunity quantification and solution positioning.
• Collaborate with bankers and clients at senior levels to provide integrated treasury solutions in a consultative framework.
• Lead business process reviews aligned to key client opportunities and engage industry solutions specialists for complex reviews.
• Elevate new solution ideas and partner with product stakeholders to represent client needs in development of complex products.
• Deliver thought leadership on working capital solutions at market events, webinars, and professional media platforms.
• Manage non-credit risk for the customer portfolio and monitor profitability of all relationships.
