Job summary

The Driver Provider is seeking a results-driven recruiter to own the full recruiting lifecycle for transportation professionals in the Phoenix area. You will source, screen, interview, and coordinate offers and onboarding while building a robust candidate pipeline across multiple markets.

Ideal candidates bring experience recruiting CDL and non-CDL drivers, strong direct sourcing skills, and a proven track record in high-volume environments.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting within the transportation industry.
• Experience recruiting CDL drivers, non-CDL drivers, chauffeurs or other commercial transportation professionals.
• Proven success in high-volume recruiting environments.
• Strong direct sourcing and candidate outreach experience.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions across different locations.
• Experience using ATS and recruiting platforms.
• Excellent and consistent communication, organization and follow-through.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively and meet recruiting expectations.

Responsibilities

• Own the recruiting process from sourcing through interviews, offers and onboarding coordination.
• Actively source qualified candidates and develop recruiting strategies beyond postings.
• Recruit transportation professionals across multiple markets.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines and relationships.
• Drive measurable results and hiring progress toward goals.
• Balance high-volume hiring with safety and company standards.
• Partner with operations leadership to align staffing needs.
• Maintain accurate recruiting data and reporting.
