Job summary

The Driver Provider is seeking an experienced Transportation Recruiter to lead high-volume recruiting for our transportation operations in the Phoenix area. This role requires proactive sourcing, relationship building and fast, quality hires of CDL and non-CDL drivers, chauffeurs and related staff.

You will own the full recruiting lifecycle, develop strategies beyond postings, build pipelines and partner with operations to anticipate demand while maintaining data integrity and meeting hiring

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting within the transportation industry.
• Experience recruiting CDL and non-CDL drivers, chauffeurs or other transportation professionals.
• Proven success in high-volume recruiting environments.
• Strong direct sourcing and candidate outreach experience.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions across different locations.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruiting platforms.
• Excellent and consistent communication, organization and follow-through.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively and meet recruiting expectations.

Responsibilities

• Own the recruiting process from sourcing through onboarding coordination.
• Actively source qualified candidates with strategies beyond job postings.
• Recruit transportation professionals across multiple markets.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines before positions become urgent.
• Drive measurable results and meet hiring goals.
• Balance high-volume hiring with safety requirements and company standards.
• Partner with operations leadership to understand staffing needs.
• Maintain accurate recruiting data and track progress and challenges.
• Communicate consistently with candidates and hiring managers.
