Job summary

DSV in Lancaster, TX is seeking an experienced Driver Recruiter to own the full recruiting lifecycle for CDL-A and non-CDL drivers. You will develop sourcing strategies, build candidate pipelines, screen candidates, present offers, and manage pre-employment processing.

You will work with Operations, HR, and Safety & Compliance to ensure timely hiring and drive qualified driver onboarding across local, regional, dedicated, and OTR roles. Prior TenStreet experience is a plus.

Qualifications

CDL-A driver recruiting experience required.
Experience with TenStreet and local/OTR recruiting.
Knowledge of DOT/FMCSA requirements and driver qualifications.

Responsibilities

Manage full recruitment lifecycle for CDL-A and non-CDL drivers, from requisition intake to pre-employment processing.
Partner with Operations and HR leaders to understand staffing requirements across local, regional, dedicated, and over-the-road.
Source candidates via TenStreet, job boards, social media, referrals, and events while maintaining pipelines.
Screen applications, conduct phone interviews, and coordinate further interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain regular candidate communication to ensure a positive experience throughout the process.
Coordinate driver qualification activities, background checks, and pre-employment testing per DOT requirements.
Monitor pipeline health and progress, addressing delays and incomplete documentation.
