Job summary

DSV Lancaster, TX is seeking an experienced Driver Recruiter to own the full recruiting lifecycle for CDL-A and non-CDL drivers, partnering with Operations and HR to forecast staffing needs and build strong candidate pipelines. You will source through TenStreet, manage interviews, coordinate pre-employment steps, and ensure compliant hiring while traveling for events a few times per year.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting CDL-A drivers and non-CDL drivers.
• Experience using TenStreet for driver sourcing.
• Familiarity with DOT and FMCSA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for CDL-A and non-CDL driver positions, from requisition intake and sourcing through candidate selection, offer presentation, and pre-employment processing.
• Partner with Operations and HR leaders to understand current and anticipated driver staffing requirements across local, regional, dedicated, and over-the-road (OTR) operations.
• Source and attract qualified driver candidates through TenStreet, job boards, social media, referrals, industry-specific platforms, recruiting events, community outreach, and other sourcing channels while maintaining active pipelines for immediate and anticipated hiring needs.
• Review applications, conduct candidate screens and phone interviews, and coordinate additional interviews with hiring managers and operational leaders as appropriate.
• Maintain accurate and timely candidate, requisition, disposition, and hiring records within TenStreet, the ATS, HR systems and other required recruiting platforms in accordance with established processes and recordkeeping requirements.
• Travel by vehicle and/or air to DSV locations, recruiting events, career fairs, and other business activities approximately three to five times annually.
