The Driver Provider is seeking a results-driven recruiter to own the full recruiting lifecycle for transportation professionals in the Phoenix area. You will source, screen, interview, and coordinate offers and onboarding while building a robust candidate pipeline across multiple markets.

Ideal candidates bring experience recruiting CDL and non-CDL drivers, strong direct sourcing skills, and a proven track record in high-volume environments.

What You'll Be Responsible For:

• Own the recruiting process. Manage the full recruiting lifecycle, from sourcing and initial outreach through interviews, offers and onboarding coordination.
• Actively source qualified candidates. Develop and execute recruiting strategies that go well beyond traditional job postings.
• Recruit transportation professionals. Identify and attract CDL and non-CDL drivers, professional chauffeurs and other transportation personnel across multiple markets.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines. Establish relationships with potential candidates before positions become urgent.
• Drive measurable results. Maintain consistent recruiting activity and deliver against established hiring goals.
• Move quickly without sacrificing quality. Balance high-volume hiring demands with candidate qualifications, safety requirements and company standards.
• Partner with operations leadership. Understand staffing needs, anticipate upcoming demand and adjust recruiting priorities accordingly.
• Maintain accurate recruiting data. Track candidate activity, hiring progress, conversion rates and recruiting challenges.
• Follow through. Communicate consistently with candidates and hiring managers. Don't let qualified applicants disappear because nobody returned a phone call.

What We're Looking For:

• Demonstrated experience recruiting within the transportation industry. This is a firm requirement.
• Experience recruiting CDL drivers, non-CDL drivers, chauffeurs or other commercial transportation professionals.
• Proven success in high-volume recruiting environments.
• Strong direct sourcing and candidate outreach experience.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions across different locations simultaneously.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruiting platforms.
• Excellent and consistent communication, organization and follow-through.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively and consistently meet recruiting expectations.
