Sims Global Solutions LLC in Lenexa, KS is seeking an experienced Driver Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to build a robust pipeline for CDL-A drivers while screening and hiring for corporate, operations, sales, and related roles. This on-site role manages recruiting end-to-end, from initial outreach through onboarding, ensuring compliant recruiting operations.

You will partner with fleet leadership and safety teams to meet hiring targets, evaluate driving experience and qualifications,

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years CDL-A driver recruiting experience.
• Proven success sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified professional truck drivers.
• Strong understanding of commercial trucking operations and driver qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for CDL-A drivers and owner-operators with emphasis on heavy haul, step deck, RGN and specialized transportation.
• Design and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, referrals, and industry networks.
• Build and maintain a pipeline to support current staffing needs and fleet expansion.
