Job summary

HDR, Inc. is seeking an experienced leader for the Transportation Business Group specializing in Alternative Delivery.

You will guide pursuit strategies, drive project approvals, and collaborate across HDR teams and clients to deliver major civil infrastructure programs. Ideal candidates have 15+ years in transportation project management, PE registration, and a track record of leading multi-disciplinary teams while maintaining strong client relationships across public agencies and private

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or closely related field.
Minimum 10 years of professional engineering experience in large transportation projects.
Proven ability to lead diverse teams and manage complex pursuits and contracts.
PE license required; active professional registration preferred.
Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

Report to the Project Delivery Program Director for pursuit and delivery of Alternative Delivery projects.
Drive approvals in compliance with HDR policies and risk controls.
Collaborate with HDR Business Group and Legal to establish contract terms.
Lead discussions with clients on upcoming projects and teaming opportunities.
Provide guidance on commercial and technical trends in Alternative Delivery.
