Job summary

HDR, Inc. seeks an experienced Transportation Leader to direct Alternative Delivery programs within HDR's Transportation Business Group.

You will drive project approvals, manage complex contracts, and collaborate with HDR leadership, clients, and partner entities to deliver resilient, innovative infrastructure solutions. Ideal candidates bring 15+ years in civil engineering, PE licensure, and a proven track record leading large-scale design and delivery programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or closely related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of professional engineering experience on large transportation projects.
• Professional Engineer registration and related technical experience for leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Project Delivery Program Director and manage pursuit and delivery of Alternative Delivery projects.
• Lead contract negotiations and coordination with HDR Legal and Risk Committee input.
• Collaborate across HDR to optimize staffing, resources, and contract terms for AD projects.
• Engage with clients and industry groups to advance HDR's visibility in infrastructure markets.
• Travel up to 50% as required.
