Qualifikationen

• 6+ years experience in training operations or similar function.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience managing complex calendars, logistics, resources and stakeholders.
• Experience with LMS administration, reporting tools, dashboards or training platforms.
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into operational decisions.
• Experience establishing processes, governance, service standards, and procedures.
• Experience leading administrative or project-support roles.
• Strong project-management and vendor-management skills.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook.

Aufgaben

• Own and maintain the national field-training calendar and coordinate demand, trainer availability, class capacity and timing.
• Lead logistics and resource planning for mobile labs, training centers, equipment, travel and venues.
• Establish service standards, processes and accountability for administrative execution.
• Own content-governance including curriculum inventory, reviews, version control and publishing workflows.
• Collaborate with Program Lead on content decisions and ensure proper formatting, publishing and tracking.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports for attendance, completion, capacity, utilization and KPIs.
• Analyze data to identify utilization gaps, scheduling conflicts and improvement opportunities.
• Manage training intake and prioritization against strategy, needs and outcomes.
• Coordinate relationships with vendors and platforms for administration and support.
• Support annual planning, budgeting and vendor-management activities.
• Document and improve standard operating procedures for scheduling, LMS, content governance and reporting.
