Job summary

Andreoni Recruiting Consultants seeks a Training & Ops Services Manager to build and own our training ecosystem for a growing restaurant group. You will craft curriculum, SOPs and the intranet/LMS, leading cross‑department projects and new store openings from kickoff through hand‑off to the field.

The role combines strategic planning with hands-on content creation, platform management and vendor coordination, enabling scalable training across stores. Travel for launches will be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of multi-unit restaurant, QSR, bakery or retail operations experience, including at least 2 years in training or corporate support.

Responsibilities

• Design, write and maintain training materials for every store-level position and onboarding to general manager.
• Build role-based training paths, certification checkpoints and knowledge checks.
• Create MIT program framework, curriculum and evaluation tools for Field Trainer.
• Update content when products, equipment, recipes, or procedures change.
• Measure training effectiveness via completion rates, certification results, turnover, and store performance.
• Write, format, version-control and publish SOPs, checklists, and job aids.
• Document brand standards for food quality, safety, cleanliness and guest service.
• Own the intranet/LMS platform, manage vendor relationships and budgets.
• Lead cross-departmental projects and store openings from kickoff to hand-off.
• Coordinate NSO master plan, playbooks, training schedules and staffing ratios.
• Hire and develop Field Trainers; set training compliance standards.
• Manage training department budget, platform, materials and travel.
