Job summary

Centuri Construction Group, Inc. is seeking a capable professional to oversee its Operations Training Program. You will coordinate instructors, field personnel, and safety compliance to ensure high-quality training and program efficiency.

The role emphasizes leadership in instructor-led training, policy adherence, and benchmarking progress, supporting Centuri’s safety-first culture across field and office environments.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, ability to present theory and concepts, as well as hands-on technical instruction with clarity, confidence and enthusiasm required

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all aspects of the Operations Training Program
• Ensure that participants and instructors follow all policies and procedures
• Establish, track and report benchmarks and progress of the program
• Coordinate field personnel with instructors
• Ensure that all safety policies are incorporated in every level of development
• Works closely with Superintendents and Foremen to maximize the efficiencies of the program
• Perform other duties as requested by leadership
