Crane Aerospace & Electronics in Burbank, CA is seeking an Operations Training Manager to lead a team of trainers, develop curricula, and align training with Quality, Manufacturing and HR needs. You will ensure safety and measure training effectiveness across multiple shifts.

The role requires at least 4 years in organizational development or training, strong communication, LMS experience, and knowledge of Lean principles.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years’ relevant experience in an Organizational Development or Training capacity.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills in a public or classroom setting.
• Experience with LMS implementation and maintenance preferred.
• Conversant in Lean manufacturing processes and principles.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with subject matter experts, stakeholders, and business teams to identify goals and outcomes for learning experiences.
• Design and develop performance-focused training content for new and current operators.
• Develop learning tools, performance support mechanisms, practice activities, scenario-based learning.
• Develop training manuals and materials.
• Perform quality checks to ensure learning experience standards are met.
• Lead the administration of the Learning Management System (LMS) for the Burbank site.
• Establish course structure for assigned projects within the LMS.
• Maintain training records, assignments, user information.
