Superior Talent Source seeks a Director of Training for our Atlanta-based restaurant brand. This hands-on, manager-focused role partners with Operations and HR leadership to prepare managers and teams to succeed, driving practical training that improves performance.

Qualifications

• Strong restaurant operations background, GM-level or higher preferred.
• Proven track record in training, coaching and developing restaurant managers and teams.
• Ability to create and improve training tools and programs, not just deliver content.

Responsibilities

• Own the Manager-in-Training program from placement through graduation.
• Partner with Ops Directors and leaders to close execution gaps and improve results.
• Keep training tools accurate, practical and used; build tools for new initiatives.
• Lead training for new restaurant openings from calendar to opening day.
• Measure training impact and communicate ROI results to leadership.
• Own training budget, Operations Manual updates, and safety/alcohol certifications.
