Job summary

Restaurant Brands International Inc. (RB I) is seeking a Senior Manager, Operations Training to build and execute a comprehensive learning and development strategy for North America.

You will own curriculum design, onboarding, and certification programs across restaurant operations and lead a team of content designers and learning platform specialists. You will work across marketing, operations, technology, and field support to implement impactful training initiatives; requires experience with

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Instructional Design, Education, or Business.
• 5-7+ years’ experience developing training materials and blended learning curriculum.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud apps (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects) and eLearning tools.

• Create and execute learning and development strategy for North America.
