Job summary

GenServe Inc. in the United States is seeking a Head of Training & Development to design and build our function from the ground up.

You will balance strategic program design with hands-on execution, creating curriculum, implementing systems, and personally delivering priority training while laying the groundwork for a regional trainer network. Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in training and development.
• Experience building training from the ground up for technical/workers.
• Proven ability to define KPIs and demonstrate ROI to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Build the enterprise training strategy, curriculum, and infrastructure.
• Roll out a phased training roadmap from technician to leadership levels.
• Own safety, sales, management, and leadership training content.
• Define KPIs, measure ROI, and report progress to executives.
