Qualifications

• Experience in sales training and leadership is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Proven leadership history and ability to mentor teams.

Responsibilities

• Learn to manage a group of sales training professionals, including mentoring and providing guidance and leadership.
• Work with upper management and leadership to create goals for the department and sales team.
• Ensure all team projects and goals are completed on time and on budget.
• Train, and support new members of the team, as needed.
