Lumicera Health Services is seeking a Trade Client Services Coordinator to support the management of manufacturer, payor and strategic partners in our specialty pharmacy operations. The role focuses on sustaining client programs, improving patient access, and driving growth through strategic collaboration with the Trade Account Executives.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of operational experience in specialty pharmacy, strong communication skills, and a willingness to travel up to 10%

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business, marketing or related area.
• 3+ years of experience with operational aspects of specialty pharmacy.

Responsabilités

• Participate in client program meetings to provide status updates and resolve access issues.
• Pull reports and deliver data-driven presentations (business plans, value summaries, performance reports).
• Coordinate with the Trade Account Executives on data, strategy, and client meetings.
• Serve as the primary liaison for daily tasks, operational requests, and status inquiries.
• Support implementation of assigned clients and escalate issues as needed.
• May travel to client sites or onsite meetings up to 10% of time.
