Job summary

Lumicera Health Services is seeking a Trade Client Services Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of operational experience in specialty pharmacy and will manage manufacturers, payors and strategic partners requiring enhanced operational support.

The role includes co-developing long-term account strategy, supporting the Specialty Trade Account Executive for assigned clients, and liaising with clients to ensure exceptional service and high-quality patient

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
Knowledge of PBM, Specialty Pharmacy or health care industry preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
Strong strategic thinking and ability to prepare business plans.
Ability to work independently, prioritize work, and meet client needs.
Willingness to travel as needed to meet goals.
Team-oriented with client service focus.

Responsibilities

Participate in client program meetings to provide status updates and resolve access issues.
Pull reports for facts-based presentations to manufacturers and payors.
Work with Trade Account Executives on data, strategy, and meetings.
Mediated unmet guarantees with internal debriefs when needed.
Serve as primary contact for daily tasks, requests and inquiries.
Support implementation of assigned clients.
Travel to client sites up to 10% of time.
Address escalated client issues and requests.
