Job summary

Lumicera Health Services is seeking a Trade Client Services Coordinator to join our team. The role requires at least 3 years of operational experience in specialty pharmacy and responsibilities include managing manufacturer, payor, and strategic partner relationships.

You will collaborate with the Specialty Trade Account Executives to ensure high-quality patient care and excellent client satisfaction, including resolving contract-related issues and providing operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
• Valid State Driver’s License and current Automobile Policy
• Knowledge of PBM, Specialty Pharmacy or health care industry preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation and negotiation skills

Responsibilities

• Be primary liaison for daily tasks, client requests and status inquiries.
• Pull reports to deliver facts-based presentations for strategy reviews.
• Support development of client-specific business plans and performance reviews.
• Assist implementation of assigned clients and onboarding activities.
• Escalate and resolve client issues related to contracts or reporting.
• Travel to client sites or onsite meetings up to 10% of the time
