Job summary

PABCO Building Products, LLC is seeking a Territory Sales Manager for Northern California and Northern Nevada. This role identifies, promotes and sells products to dealers, contractors, owners, and spec writers, while meeting the territory's sales objectives.

The position requires frequent travel and a focus on building relationships, with compensation in the advertised range and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5 years related construction/architecture experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to read and interpret business materials.
• Proficient in budgeting, forecasting and pricing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Identify and promote products to dealers, contractors, owners, architects, and spec writers.
• Provide product training, literature, and samples to build long-term relationships.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, market targets, and pricing strategies.
• Demonstrate product features and resolve issues; handle warranty problems.
• Travel frequently to visit job sites and attend industry events.
• Present AIA CEU seminars to architects and engineers within territory.
