You will recruit and develop managers, sharpen prospecting and negotiation, and ensure disciplined Salesforce use while driving regional goals with measurable outcomes. Travel readiness is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in management, sales, marketing, or related field.
• Proven success managing field sales across multiple territories.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% and attend trade shows.

Aufgaben

• Recruit, onboard, and develop Territory Sales Managers
• Improve prospecting, presentations, negotiation, and closing skills; address performance gaps with clear expectations and follow-up
• Translate regional goals into territory and account plans with defined priorities, owners, milestones, and measurable outcomes
• Grow sales with existing applicators and develop new applicator opportunities that support regional coverage and profitable growth
• Partner with applicators to turn builder demand into product sales and communicate PebbleTec's value beyond price
• Maintain disciplined Salesforce use and pipeline reviews. Require current account records, qualified opportunities, next steps, and realistic close dates; use data to guide coaching and resource allocation
• Partner with operations, production, customer service, and product teams to address availability, quality, and service concerns
