Job summary

SRS Distribution, Inc. seeks an Area Sales Manager to lead a defined Georgia territory, driving revenue growth through strategic outreach, site visits, and marketing collaboration.

You will coach branch staff and build strong relationships with contractors, dealers, and commercial clients to expand market share. The role requires travel ~60–75% of time, with a focus on delivering profitable growth while upholding Heritage’s service standards and the company culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years outside sales/territory management experience in distribution or related field.
• Experience calling on contractors, dealers, or commercial accounts preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Drive territory revenue growth by executing a disciplined sales strategy.
• Prospect, qualify, and close new business in the assigned territory.
• Build long-term relationships with contractors, dealers and commercial customers.
• Collaborate with Branch Managers and Marketing on campaigns and promotions.
