Heritage Pool Supply - Tampa is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive revenue across a defined footprint, managing contractors, dealers, and commercial accounts. You will coach branch sales staff, develop territory plans, and partner with operations and marketing to execute local campaigns.

The role requires field-based leadership, product knowledge in pool/spa and landscape goods, and a track record of hitting sales targets. Travel 60-75% is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of outside sales/territory management in distribution/wholesale.
• Experience calling on contractors, dealers, or commercial accounts preferred.
• Proven ability to meet/exceed revenue targets in a field sales role.
• Strong product knowledge in pool, spa, landscape, or related markets.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute a disciplined sales strategy to meet quota.
• Prospect and close new business within the territory.
• Build and maintain relationships with key accounts and contractors.
• Identify upsell/c cross-sell opportunities across product lines.
• Collaborate with marketing on local campaigns and promotions.
