Heritage Landscape Supply Group seeks a District Manager to direct operations and growth across the San Diego–Palm Desert region. You will drive profitability, safety, inventory control, and vendor relationships while leading staff development and ensuring regulatory compliance.

The role emphasizes financial performance and integration of acquisitions. You will mentor teams, optimize branch performance, and uphold exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication to influence decisions.
• Proven sales or customer service track record with objectives met/exceeded.
• Strong organizational skills to oversee multiple branches.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data analysis for decisions.
• Understanding of inventory, fleet maintenance, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience budgeting, P&L responsibility, and revenue optimization.
• Landscape/Irrigation industry experience required (2–5 years).
• Ability to pass background check and pre-employment drug test.

Responsabilités

• Lead district operations to achieve profitability, asset management, and ROI.
• Drive safety culture and ensure DOT, OSHA, Hazmat compliance.
• Mentor staff with ongoing training and clear growth paths.
• Maximize district margins and customer service through inventory control.
• Provide strategic leadership for new acquisitions and greenfield branches.
• Monitor market dynamics and sales performance to hit budget goals.
• Oversee district financials with P&L responsibility and KPI improvements.
