Job summary

Syneos Health Commercial Solutions in Asheville, NC, seeks a Territory Business Manager to drive sales in an assigned geography by executing a comprehensive territory plan and building strong physician relationships.

You will leverage clinical presentations to communicate therapeutic value, analyze regional market data, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to optimize strategies and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences, Business or related field required.
• 5+ years pharma/biopharmaceutical sales experience.
• 3+ years GI/Hepatology sales experience preferred.
• Proven top-tier sales achievements.
• Ability to travel within territory as needed.

Responsibilities

• Achieve/exceed sales goals in assigned territory by executing an integrated territory business plan.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with targeted physicians to maximize opportunities.
• Collaborate with FRMs, TLLs, Market Access, Medical, Marketing and Operations.
• Use data tools and insights to guide strategy and decision-making.
• Communicate therapeutic value through high-impact clinical presentations.
