Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Territory Business Manager in the United States (North Carolina). You will develop and execute territory strategies, lead within a compliant, ethical framework, and communicate therapeutic value through high-impact, clinically-focused presentations to physicians and stakeholders.

You will build relationships with gastroenterologists/hepatologists, analyze regional data, manage budgets, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve or exceed sales goals across

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences, Business or a related field required.
• 5+ years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience.
• 3+ years of GI/Hepatology sales experience/rare disease preferred.
• Consistent track record of top-tier sales accomplishments.
• Experience calling on Gastroenterologists/Hepatologists in the territory preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve/exceed sales goals within assigned territory by executing a territory business plan.
• Establish professional relationships with physicians to maximize opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (FRMs, TLLs, Market Access, Medical, Marketing, Operations).
• Use data tools/insights to determine strategies for business decisions.
• Manage territory budget and complete administrative tasks timely.
