Hershey Company in the San Francisco District is seeking a Territory Sales Lead to drive flawless store-level execution, build relationships with key decision makers, and ensure 100% distribution of Hershey items across major retailers.

You will leverage data, promotional plans, and in-store merchandising to increase incremental sales, manage routes, and partner with retailers to optimize displays and promotions.

Qualifikationen

• GED or HS Diploma required.
• 2-year Associate/Community College degree required OR 3 years of previous sales experience.
• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.

Aufgaben

• Build and maintain consultative business relationships with customer KDMs at all levels.
• Partner with KDMs to develop and execute plans to increase sales.
• Review routes to maximize business efficiencies for sales calls within territory.
• Analyze data and trends to guide decisions and influence actions.
• Drive in-store promotions and merchandising opportunities to increase incremental sales.
