Job summary

The Hershey Company is seeking a Territory Sales Lead for the Chicago District to drive flawless store-level execution of sales and promotion plans with key retailers. You will own merchandising strategies and ensure 100% distribution of Hershey items across channels, partnering with KDMs to build action plans and deliver incremental sales.

The role requires the ability to travel within the Chicago North region, a valid US driver's license, and a track record in sales.

Qualifications

• GED or HS Diploma.
• 2-year Associate/Community College degree required OR 3 years of previous sales experience.
• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Consultative business partnering with Key Decision Makers to drive sales.
• Develop and execute action plans with KDMs to increase sales.
• Analyze store, product and market data to guide decisions.
• Execute merchandising plans and build in-store displays.
• Submit daily/weekly activity and expense reports using company tools.
