Job summary

Medical Diagnostic Laboratories, LLC is expanding its sales force across the United States. We seek a high-energy Territory Sales Executive to bring in new business and grow revenues from hospital and physician clients, with a target of 2000 specimens per month.

You will present our PCR-based testing menu, train clients, and manage a full sales pipeline. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree (or two years of sales experience), strong communication, multi-tasking, and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or two years sales experience.
• Strong multi-tasking, organizational skills, and detail orientation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; sound judgment.
• Willingness to travel within the coverage area and occasionally nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Achieve annual sales and profit objectives for a defined territory.
• Obtain new business and grow client base revenues.
• Exceed annual territory sales budget through presenting test information and upselling.
• Develop and present personalized sales presentations to physicians and clinics.
• Establish long-term client relations via visits and pipeline management.
• Maintain a full territory pipeline and report progress to Regional Manager.
• Identify client concerns and assist in retention strategies with the team.
• Stay informed about competitors and market presence in the territory.
• Educate and train clients; coordinate solutions between laboratory and client.
