Medical Diagnostic Laboratories, LLC (MDL) is a CLIA certified clinical laboratory offering a wide range of PCR-based tests and specialty services across the United States. We are expanding our sales team and seeking a high-energy Territory Sales Executive to grow new business and nurture existing hospital and physician client relationships, aiming for a monthly target of 2000 specimens.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required, or two years sales experience, or a similar education/experience mix.
• Strong multi-tasking, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Energy, motivation, enthusiasm, and integrity.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Willingness to travel within coverage area and nationwide occasionally.
• Proficiency in MS Office and email/internet usage.

Responsibilities

• Achieve annual sales and profit objectives for a defined territory.
• Obtain new business and grow client revenues.
• Exceed annual territory sales budget by presenting test information and up-selling.
• Develop and present personalized sales presentations to physicians, labs, clinics, and group practices.
• Establish long-term client relations through visits and pipeline management.
• Maintain a full territory plan and report pipeline and activity.
• Collaborate with Regional Manager on client concerns and retention strategies.
• Develop territory in line with company objectives and monitor competitive presence.
• Educate and train clients; coordinate solutions between lab and client.
• Monitor client satisfaction and initiate corrective actions as needed.
