Qualifications

• BS/BA or equivalent experience required.
• 3-5+ years of related work experience required.
• Vaccination verification may be required for credentialing.

Responsibilities

• Sells products by scheduling calls with current and potential customers to meet revenue goals.
• Develops sales strategies considering product, competition and pricing needs for hospital accounts.
• Develops action plans by analyzing sales data to meet territory targets.
• Identifies key accounts and purchasing decision makers in hospital settings.
• Observes procedures in hospital labs and ORs to understand clinician needs.
• Establishes pricing packages with Abbott Vascular personnel to fit customer needs.
• Builds relationships with hospital staff to expand contacts and influence decisions.
• Supports customers through trainings, VIP trips, launches, and updates.
• Attends trade shows and conferences to generate interest and opportunities.
• Educates customers on product usage to secure purchasing commitments.
• Maintains clinical and technical expertise via product trainings.
• Monitors market dynamics and competitors’ activities to inform strategy.
• Prepares reports by analyzing data and projections for management.
